Hanoi was hot and a bit humid during my visit, but De Syloia felt like a cool, quiet escape from the city buzz. The hotel is charming, clean, and cozy ,everything you need for a relaxing stay. The highlight for me was definitely the breakfast and dinner. It was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. Overall, a lovely experience, a lovely staff. Calm, comfortable, and full of small thoughtful touches. I’d love to return next time I’m in Ha Noi.

His approachable attitude created a comfortable and pleasant experience. He also provided clear and helpful information about the hotel facilities, including the gym, sauna and steam. Quang Anh’s professionalism and attentiveness were truly commendable. With team members like him, De Syloia Hotel is well-positioned to deliver outstanding hospitality.
