This hotel was one of our favorites. The location is amazing—right in front of the Dead Sea, with a short two-minute walk to get there. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a good-sized balcony with stunning views. It was the kind of place where you could just sit outside and relax for hours. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. One small example that stuck with us: we asked one of the staff members where we could buy cigarettes, and since everything was closed at the time, he kindly gave us some of his own. That kind of generosity made a big impression. The food was delicious. Our booking included breakfast, but we ended up paying extra to stay for lunch and dinner as well—15 JD per person for lunch and 20 JD for dinner. It was totally worth it. In the evenings, there was a live singer performing local music, which added a really nice atmosphere. The hotel also has two pools, one of which is adults-only, and that was perfect for a more relaxing swim. With the Dead Sea so close, it really couldn’t have been more convenient. No complaints at all—we loved everything about our stay here.
We had a fantastic stay at the Dead Sea Spa Resort. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the Dead Sea and stunning views throughout the day. The spa facilities were a real highlight—clean, spacious, and offering a great range of treatments using Dead Sea mud and salts. We especially appreciated the therapeutic pools and the mud area near the beach, which was both fun and surprisingly effective for the skin! The massage treatment was professional and relaxing, and the staff were kind, respectful, and knowledgeable throughout. The food was good, and there was plenty of variety at the buffet. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, though slightly dated in some areas—but everything was clean and well maintained. A small tip: try to avoid sitting in the restaurant or by the windows just before sunset, as the sun can be quite strong and directly in your eyes. Otherwise, sunset is a beautiful time to enjoy the grounds and take photos. All in all, a very refreshing and enjoyable experience. We would definitely return!
We stayed at the Dead Sea Spa Resort about 20 years ago and were deeply impressed by the first-class service and attention to detail that made the hotel feel like a true home away from home. Now, two decades later, we returned - and we’re so glad we did. The hotel has undergone major renovations, and the rooms are now even more spacious, bright, and beautifully furnished. What impressed us most, however, is that the exceptional service remains just as warm and attentive as we remembered. Thank you sincerely for everything you offer your guests. We’ll continue to come back and wish you all the very best!
