We had a one night stay in the Owl’s Nest on our hike along the South Downs Way. A truly lovely spot to rest after a long day hiking, beautiful location, peaceful, well thought out cabin with everything we needed. Mandy and Darran were wonderful hosts and provided us with the most delicious sausages and fresh eggs for our breakfast, setting us up for our next day walking. Will definitely be back!!
Just spent a couple of blissful nights in the Foxes Hollow with my best friend. It was so peaceful and so precious to have that time to relax in the hot tub and genuinely let the stresses of life melt away. The cabin was perfect and clean and had everything you could need. Mandy and Darran were wonderful hosts and were on hand to keep the hot tub fires burning, thanks again! Can’t wait to come back 🥰
What a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. We stayed in Badgers Rest, which was a beautiful cabin, very thoughtfully designed and furnished to make for a lovely stay. We enjoyed walking in the surrounding countryside, exploring the beautiful village of Alfriston, relaxing in the hot-tub and cooking over the firepit. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, recommending places to visit and ensuring everything was great for our stay. We hope to come back and stay again soon.
