I stayed here during my Madrid trip and the room was amazing! We had a balcony room on a high floor with breathtaking views of the Madrid skyline — absolutely beautiful and picture-perfect. The room itself had great facilities; the bed was comfy and spacious enough for both me and my wife. The location is also super convenient, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and plenty of shops nearby. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Madrid!
My husband and I loved our 4 night stay here. The location is excellent, the rooftop pool was amazing ! We had a lovely room with the added touch of bath robes and slippers, nice view and very quiet. The breakfast on the rooftop was unbelievable! One could eat in or on the terrace. So many delicious choices and the service and staff outstanding. Not to be missed. Paula and staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating ! Can’t wait to visit again Thanks for making our stay memorable.
Overall I loved this hotel and I would stay again. The rooms are fantastic. The location is really pretty good if you want to be right in the centre of things. You are on the London equivalent to Oxford Street. The only problem we had, is that we had the impression the roof terrace was larger than it is, so we quite often couldn't find anywhere to sit. The photographs gave the impression the roof terrace was much larger. So in the evenings, we didn't really sit on the roof terrace and drink. Although the roof terrace is fabulous and you have a great view. Also, the pool is very small. It is in fact a plunge pool and on the one occasion I went to use it it was literally full of people. So we never went in. All the people in the hotel (staff) were great and very accommodating, helpful. The problem is, there are lots of great hotels in Madrid so we will probably try something else next time. That doesn't mean I didn't enjoy The Dear Hotel.
