Dear Lisbon Palace Chiado is now one of my favorite hotels, we had a wonderful stay! The suites are huge with beautiful windows and a great bathroom and shower. The towels are great and the room was very clean and made up each day for us. The breakfast really sets this place apart - it is en suite and has so many options, we looked forward to it every day! I am missing those cappuccinos! Robes and slippers were provided as well as a hair dryer, shampoo, and body wash. Conditioner and lotion are not. The location of the hotel is also perfect, walkable almost anywhere you want to go with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants around. Because of this you can hear some street noise but it wasn’t bad for us. They can also arrange an airport pick up which was nice. Would 100% stay here again!
LOVE this hotel! Great location, great staff, big rooms with views… And the breakfasts were over the top delicious! Our stay at dear Lisbon Chiado was spectacular. This hotel provided big rooms with amazing views and allow us to have a little more elbow space than the average European room. The staff is so sweet and helpful. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and we’ll definitely come back thank you dear Lisbon Chiado staff for making our stay so enjoyable.😊
We had an amazing room with all the essentials included. Everything was clean. No elevator but we didn't mind. We got complimentary breakfast in our room which was amazing. Room 9 had the best view 😍 Great service. A staff communicated with me by texting on WhatsApp which is nice and convenient. Great location- close to everything.
