We stayed for 10 days at the Decu Downtown Hotel. It was absolutely wonderful. Location is perfect and it is a very safe city to walk at night. There are only 8 guest rooms in the hotel and the attention we received was incredible! Mercedes is an outstanding manager and is always available. We spent time every day sitting by the pool and Carlos checked on us constantly. Natalia offered ideas for what we needed to see next. Angel was always present to check on us also. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was healthy and started us off right. It consisted of a bowl of fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, juice and coffee. It would have been healthy if we had stopped there, but we had a warm cinnamon roll or almond croissant each day. Our room was lovely. The AC worked perfectly, the mattresses were great and we slept very well. We had two couple massages during our stay and it was so nice to finish and be steps away from our room. Thank you so much to the staff at Decu! We didn’t want to leave!

We just recently got back from our stay at Decu and we couldn't be happier from our experience here. Let me start off by saying that, every person who made this possible should get an Award of Service! From, Natalia, Elena and Rodrigo. Anyone else I forgot to mention, I apologize in advance. We look forward to coming back soon. Thank you again

Beds are SUPER hard and we seem to be missing $1000 pesos. Stayed one night and were told we were the only guests. No one answered the front bell to let us in and we had to call-staff were apologetic. Room was spacious but dark and with no true windows-a panel in the door can be opened to the outdoor lobby area. The benches at the end of the beds get in the way a bit. The beds were very hard! Staff linger around a bit in attempt to be helpful but were very friendly. However, while we were out and at the pool our room was entered and a goodnight card and snack was left- we seemed to be $1000 pesos short after. Parking is in a questionable area. Overall, wouldn’t stay again.
