Dedaj Resort Villa Auri

A perfect stay at Villa Auri! We had an absolutely wonderful time at Villa Auri. The villa is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The location is ideal — just a short walk from the sea, making it easy to enjoy the beach at any time. Upon arrival, Martina warmly welcomed us and provided all the useful information we needed, which helped us make the most of our time and truly relax. She was kind, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. The villa has everything you could possibly need: a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, plenty of storage space, and even a lovely terrace where we were lucky enough to spot a turtle! On the second floor, there’s a beautiful pool — perfect for a refreshing dip. Both the interior and exterior are stylish and thoughtfully arranged, creating a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere. Thank you so much, Martina, for everything! We will definitely recommend Villa Auri and hope to return one day.

I am not used to write reviews but it would be a sin to not write a review for this perfect Villa. It all started when we started looking for hotels in Zadar. Scrolling and looking at pictures, we came across perfect pictures of Villa Auri and started reading reviews of people who stayed in the facilities. The reviews were all so perfect that we decided to go there immediately, and we were not disappointed. Not only was everything as in the reviews but much more than that! The apartment is perfect, very luxuriously furnished and very very clean. The beach is a few meters from the villa, which you are looking at while sunbathing on the terrace by the pool. In addition, staff and owner were very approachable and pleasant to us. All in all, I would absolutely recommend it to everyone that wants unforgettable vacation! I will definitely come back!

I don´t know where to start...this place is perfect! Such an amazing property. If you are looking for a very very nice place to stay in Zadar, that's it! The house is beyond beautiful, super stylish, amazing pool area with comfortable sunbeds and sitting areas. We also loved the little pool bar...Every little detail is so beautiful and well decorated.The apartments are amazing, super clean, comfortable and well equipped. From beach towel to salt and pepper....Amazing air-condition and more than enough space for your stuff.The garden is also very pretty with two cute turtles...The view to the Borik Beach from the pool area is stunning, most beautiful sunsets! The beach is just a few steps away and nice restaurants and bars are nearby in walking distance.. It's just a 10 minutes drive to the center or you can take a nice walk about 30 minutes.There are very convenient private parking spaces if you have a car with you. All members of the family are so lovely, soulful, very kind people, we were so sad we had to leave after 10 days, we would have love to stay for weeks , and we miss this special place a lot. Our family traveled a lot to nice places, but we never felt so welcome and enjoyed a stay like this one at this gorgeous house.Truly want to come back! And it's not only because of the luxury perfection, it's also about the soul of this house and family. Thank you so much....
