Dedeman Istanbul

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience! We booked two rooms, and both were spacious and perfect for our family of five , something that’s hard to find near the tourist areas, where rooms tend to be small and overpriced. The breakfast was a real highlight of our stay. It was fresh, varied, and we looked forward to the new options every morning. The made-to-order egg station was especially appreciated, a great touch that made breakfast feel personalized and extra special. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to every need. A special thanks to the manager, who went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early after our 5 AM flight. The location was ideal for us. While it’s about 30 minutes from the Sultanahmet area, the metro station is just a 5-minute walk away, making it super easy and affordable to get around the city. We ended up extending our stay because everything, from the room size to the service , was just perfect. We were actually sad we didn’t have enough time to use the pool, it looked amazing and relaxing. Hopefully next time! Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, convenience, and great value in Istanbul!

The staff is VERY friendly! Especially Cansu! She takes excellent care of her guests. The rooms are clean, and we slept well. The food served is some of the best I have ever tasted. Don’t miss the Queen rooftop restaurant, the view is spectacular ! The prices are good…We will be staying here every time we come.

The hotel is very good. All the staff are kind and friendly. They always try to help us, even when the problems are about us. Mr. Ercan is also a very nice person. The food is very tasty. We have never eaten food like this before.
