An Unforgettable Stay and the Perfect Proposal at Dedeman Kemer Resort! My recent stay at the Dedeman Kemer Resort in Turkey was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were swept into an atmosphere of exceptional service and genuine warmth. This wasn't just a vacation; it was an truly amazing experience that we'll cherish forever. The culinary offerings were a definite highlight. The food was consistently delicious, with a fantastic variety that catered to every taste. And let's talk about the cocktails – absolutely superb! Each one was expertly crafted, making for delightful evenings by the pool and at the bars. What truly set Dedeman Kemer Resort apart, however, was their incredible effort in helping me plan and execute a surprise proposal for my future wife. The team went above and beyond, ensuring everything was perfectly orchestrated and exactly as planned. It was a magical moment, made even more special by their dedication and attention to detail. A massive and heartfelt thank you goes to Mr. Ramazan. His professionalism, kindness, and meticulous planning were instrumental in making our proposal dream a reality. He truly made a difference in our stay, and we are incredibly grateful for his exceptional support. For anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday in Kemer with fantastic food, amazing drinks, and a team that genuinely cares, I wholeheartedly recommend the Dedeman Kemer Resort. We can't wait to return!

The rooms are outdated, not renovated, and very dirty. It is overpriced for what it offers. Activities like the aqua park and pools are good, but there are no staff members to prevent guests from reserving sunbeds by the pool. Local tourists are very rude, create huge crowds, and behave unpleasantly. The bars and food are excellent. The beach is far away, the shuttle service is not very reliable, and the schedule is not accurate. The hotel attracts guests from a lower income group. ⸻ The hotel is extremely dirty, and all public restrooms are filthy. After returning home, we all caught a virus and developed a skin rash – and we were not the only ones. They had to perform a general cleaning and pest control yesterday, which proves that thorough cleaning is not done regularly.

A Disappointing Experience at a Supposed Five-Star Resort Where to start? Let's begin with the rating. At best, this hotel is a three-star resort—and that’s being generous. Marketing it as a five-star destination is arguably one of the most misleading claims in hotel history. Rooms & Service: The hotel is visibly old and outdated, and our expectations were met only with disappointment. When we booked, we specifically requested a child bed for our two-year-old daughter. Instead, we found a room with a double bed (180x200 cm) and an additional single bed (90x200 cm). After explaining (via Google Translate) that a toddler cannot sleep in a regular single bed, we were finally given a child bed—but they refused to remove the 90x200 bed. As a result, our room was overcrowded with three beds, leaving minimal space to move. Food: The food was underwhelming. Variety was poor, queues were long, and unless you arrived early, you struggled to find a dining table. Arriving late meant missing utensils like forks and knives, and overall it was clear the hotel had more guests than staff, resulting in slow or incomplete service. Food offered at the beach, mainly burgers, was frankly not edible. Drinks: There is only one bar, located by the pool, and it opens at 10:00. Long queues formed immediately, and if you didn’t plan your drinks well in advance, you ended up waiting a long time. Not ideal for a relaxing vacation. Pools: Both the “big” pool and the small one were extremely overcrowded. In the afternoons, there was barely two square meters per person. Swimming was nearly impossible. The children's pool with slides was only open twice a day for a limited time, pushing everyone into the main pool—which, given the number of guests, was far too small. Activities & Noise: Some daytime activities were held by the main pool, but unfortunately, the loudspeaker was placed right next to the children’s pool, creating uncomfortably loud noise levels. This posed a genuine concern for children’s hearing. In the evenings, the hotel hosted loud entertainment that lasted until 23:30. While the hotel is marketed as family-friendly, children cannot sleep before the entertainment ends, which makes it less suitable for families with young kids. Final Verdict: We paid around €3,000 for the hotel and flights, but this experience felt more like something worth no more than €1,000. It’s a dirty, overcrowded resort that barely reaches a three-star standard. Do not expect five-star treatment, comfort, or service.
