Exceptional Ski Experience at Dedeman Palandöken Ski Lodge Our group had a fantastic stay at Dedeman Palandöken Ski Lodge Hotel in February 2025. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the front desk team—Ceren and her colleagues—as well as Mr. Mehmet for their warm welcome and professionalism. Their attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The ski-in, ski-out convenience of the hotel made accessing the slopes effortless, allowing us to maximize our time on the mountain. As passionate skiers, we found the location ideal, with well-maintained runs and breathtaking views of Palandöken. The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was delicious, offering a great selection that catered to various tastes. After long days on the slopes, the dining experience was a perfect way to unwind and refuel. Overall, Dedeman Palandöken Ski Lodge delivered a top-tier ski vacation experience. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and outstanding service in Palandöken. Thanks to Mrs Başak we received the best hospitality and service there is concerning our stay at this hotel. The food was always delicious and there too, the service was excellent. Honestly the hotel is not the newest but for sure the cleanest. Beds were very comfortable and Bathrooms very clean. Skiing itself is very fun thanks to the great nature but also thanks to the staff at the ski-rental. Special thanks to Mr. Ali Osman for helping us.

The hospitality was good the location is perfect. The employees, room service, housekeeping, ski rental rooms were so professional. the dinners were very delicious, especially Antep night was very successful. You can go up directly from the hotel for skiing. you can also go down the blue and red tracks that start immediately and go up to the gondola and the hill. The 5 o'clock tea should be improved.
