I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dedeman, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Every detail, from check-in to check-out, was handled with the utmost care and efficiency. The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping ensured that everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout my visit. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, offering a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The dining experience was outstanding, with a variety of delicious dishes and impeccable service. What truly set this hotel apart was the attention to detail and the personalized care from the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, making me feel valued and welcomed at all times. I highly recommend Dedeman to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!
Excellent location and staff were friendly and helps. The housekeeping team of Tansu and Imran were awesome. Our room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Thank you.
Good location with a nice view, and most of the staff are friendly. But overall, the hotel is really disappointing for the price and the fact it’s rated 5 stars. The rooms are outdated, and our air con didn’t work. 2 out of 3 lifts were broken during our stay, so we had to walk down 8 flights of stairs or wait 5-10+ minutes for the only working lift, which was busy. The bed felt wobbly, like it could fall apart any minute. Breakfast was hit and miss. some days fine, other days not great. One of the staff gave my girlfriend a strange look which made us uncomfortable. You also have to buy a shower cap just to use the pool, which feels cheeky after paying £150+ per night. Overall, it just doesn’t feel like a 5-star hotel and seems very overpriced for what you get.
