The staff and hotel were great! Having the restaurant, spa and hot springs all attached made it a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The parking provided is a bit tricky as it's also used for the hot springs visitors, so I'd recommend the $10 a day covered parking. Tides bar/cafe/restaurant was good, but turned amazing for dinner service. The steak and duck were incredible. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay!
A great hot spring hotel! ♨️ The rooms are clean and tidy, and breakfast can be added if desired. Dinner service is also available. The outdoor hot spring pool is lovely, and guests also have access to an indoor hot spring pool (though it requires an additional fee), while the heated swimming pool is free of charge. Indoor parking requires a fee, but outdoor parking is free. Overall, the experience was excellent! 👍 If you’re staying at the hotel, there’s no need to rent towels or bathrobes for the outdoor pool — you won’t need them 😂 Just bring them from your room. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and hot spring area, were all very friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. 👍
Great spot as i had bought tickets for the hot springs so was very convenient to just take the lift down and not have to face the cold! The staff were super lovely, particularly the lady serving breakfast as it opened- she was very helpful. I had bfast as it opened to avoid crowds later. A few more breakfast options could be good but it served the purpose.
