Deep Roots Dive & Yoga Resort

This was one of the best stays of our whole Bali trip!! They made us feel so at home our whole stay, and they really went above and beyond. The services were absolutely amazing!! We did our dive certification here and it was such a beautiful and safe experience. David, who was our dive instructor and who is also the owner of the resort was such an amazing person. We also had such a great yoga session with Jennifer, the yoga teacher!! Wow wow wow. I highly recommend this place. if you are going to do one thing in Nusa Penida, it should be staying here!!!

Lovely stay in Nusa Penida! I came here with my boyfriend and we had a lovely stay. The resort is absolutely lovely with an amazing view on the ocean. We were very well welcomed by all the stuff. We had a lovely talks with the stuff, lovely cocktails, they were very friendly and they made our stay even more pleasant. I loved the cookies surprise with the little story before going to bed. The food is delicious, honestly it worth to try from breakfast to the evening meals! The resort is up the hill so keep in mind to rent a motorbike (the hotel can provide more info) also they have a transfer but is your own motorcycle is more convenient of course. If you want to walk down the resort is also fine but in the night is quite dark in the forest, I wouldn’t recommend to do that. It was lovely, thank you

I’m a bit late with this review, as I visited Deep Roots at the end of April / beginning of May. I stayed there with my wife for 8 days, and I have to say it was one of the best and most relaxing experiences. Excellent food, friendly staff, fresh coconuts, top-notch massages, an in-house dive center, swimming pools, scooter parking, yoga – everything is available to you. Although most guests come for 2–3 days, it’s really worth extending your stay to at least 5–6 days. This way you get the chance to try more breakfasts and dishes, enjoy a massage, relax with yoga, and, best of all, chat with the amazing staff. The bungalows are spacious with a superb bathroom and offer sea views, making mornings and evenings on the terrace truly beautiful. I definitely recommend it – their diving club is also top-level with professional guides.
