Deer Park Hotel

We stayed at Deer Park Hotel on the 7th and 8th of August and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable space to relax after a day out. The pool was a real highlight ,clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both adults and kids. We loved the beautiful view from the property, which made our stay even more relaxing. The hotel is very family-friendly, with plenty of space and facilities that kept the children happy and entertained. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the food was fresh and delicious. Overall, a wonderful stay and we look forward to visiting again.

We were a bit disappointed with our experience. We called ahead to book the lunch buffet, and the staff confirmed it was available and even shared the price. Based on that, we confirmed our visit. However, when we arrived, we were told that the buffet was not available that day and only the à la carte menu was being served. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to find another place, so we ordered from the menu instead. That said, the food was really good, and the service was excellent. No complaints at all about the staff or the quality of the food — just wish the communication had been clearer.

Even though the hotel is located in a nice place, the hotel management must concern about smooth functioning of special events. The working staff including waitress must be educated with their primary task which is to be performed during the each special event. There must be a good manager who is capable enough to control the working staff. It is sad to say that as of now there's no any command and control. Please pay your attention to treat all visitors appropriately...
