Deevana Krabi Resort

Great place. Had a one stop over before flying to KL . Handy location with good cheap food around. The room was fantastic. Only one window by the door. Best bed of the whole holiday. So comfortable... Would highly recommend.

Very nice resort with good small cozy rooms. Neat and clean hotel, great staff, nice breakfast selection, location is good. You will find lot of restaurants within a KM of the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The reception staff allowed us to check out a little late which was appreciated. Thank you

The Deevana is in a brilliant location, just a 3 minute walk from the main strip, night market close by and plenty of shops etc. The room was lovely - we booked a grand deluxe room with a bathtub which was nice and private. The main issue with had with the room was that the floor was pitted with marks in the concrete which would gather dirt. So every time you’d walk across it you’d get debris on your feet (see photos). We stayed for 5 nights and during that time we only had housekeeping come to the room once and that was because we rang them on the 3rd day to ask if they were going to come at like 4pm in the evening. Apart from that our room wasn’t serviced at all, meaning we had a build up of rubbish and the debris from the floor was getting into the bed. We also then ran out of toilet roll and fresh towels. When we were checking out I highlighted the issue to reception who said that the room should have been serviced every day so it must have been a mistake. Obviously these things happen but I find it hard to understand how it could happen for 5/5 nights even after we contacted them to request a clean. The staff in the hotel were all very helpful apart from this. We booked a kayaking tour with reception which wasn’t great but it’s not the hotels fault. I probably wouldn’t recommend the hotel to others and we likely won’t be back.
