It's a nice plaza... they have not marked the property so its a bit of a task to find where it is.. We stayed for 10 days around Eid and as you can imagine the whole operation was shut down, cleaning staff was not available most of the time,.. helpful but needed training. The breakfast is very basic "Anda Bread and pratha" so i made my own since imtiaz was just a stone throw away. Maintenance was a big red flag.. everything was coming apart the toilet flush, shower, instant boiler etc and the booking agents seem to be unaware... Funny thing is these guys use the same bedrooms to stay overnight and still not know that an AC is broken for example. The apartment we stayed the first night was used by the staff and not made up. I had to get them to change the bed linen & clean the floors before we could make ourselves comfortable and this was after a long tyring journey...the toilets were messy. The manager, also the bookings agent assured us that this apartment was clean...later he accepted that it was used by the staff. Anyhow the issues were never ending so the manager moved us next door, it was an empty house on Eid. As a family of 4 it was difficult to adjust in 1 bed apartment however The lounge was spacious so we survived.. Here, the most annoying bit was the broken shower which had no hot water supply. We had to put up with this till we stayed... was a big issue and turned into an unpleasant experience overall. The place needed a deep clean the kitchen was ignored.. Overall it was a mix of good and bad experience.
