We stayed at the hotel as a couple for 4 nights. We had a very friendly welcome at the reception, all was very well explained and questions answered willingly. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable with beautiful view from the balcony (into the garden and lake). Breakfasts and dinners were very nice and delicious. All the staff - reception, kitchen and restaurant staff and maids - was very helpful, friendly and professional. Hotel has its own swimming pool, large garden with plenty sun beds as well as indoor wellness area (whirlpool, saunas, gym, relaxation rooms), which can be used even when the weather is bad. City is 10-minute walk, hotel’s beach at the lake 20 minutes.
Lovely hotel located one kilometer from the bustling city center of Välden. Clean, comfortable rooms whis overlooking the lake. The hotel is very responsive and helpful staff. There is a small spa and heated swimming pool. I recommend this place for both family and personal.
