Clean, nice and new. Very friendly staff is doing a great job!
Nicest hotel in Andradas... the guy managing the bar upstairs on the roof is a liability as he's lazy and doesn't want to work so he intentionally seems to play garbage music at very loud volumes to intice people to leave.
Staff is friendly and the hotel is modern and nice but incomplete. Air condition did not work for four days before we were moved. Wifi always refused my laptop an 50% my phone. The floor in bath never dried so I slipped several times, the spare room were not able to close door to a bathroom and first night coollant was dropping from air condition. Fitness room is usable but the fan is not enough for a serious exercise. And no discount for 5 hot nights were approved, unfortunately whole town was booked otherwise we would move second day.
