Delamar West Hartford

Our weekend stay at the Delemar was amazing. The rooms are beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. The restaurant is outstanding. We are there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the food was excellent. The hotel and restaurant staff are five star all the way. Highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant.

At the Delamar for a fantastic wedding June 28th and what an awesome place! Everything was perfect from the outdoor ceremony to the Sunday morning Brunch! Every employee was professional and courteous!!! Especially the bartenders at the Hotel Bar!! I don’t wait in line for free drinks anywhere, so I would walk back to the hotel bar and when they noticed me they had my drinks ready for me!!!!!🙏 Outstanding service!!! Very much appreciated to the crew!!!! Of course we went to the bar after the wedding also!!! The only downfall……. No Bloody Mary’s Sunday morning for the wedding crowd that stayed over for Brunch till 11am!!!!😱. But we survived!!!

Review from a brides perspective, if you’re looking for a wedding venue for your special day: I honestly don’t even know where to begin… words truly don’t do justice to the gratitude I feel for the entire staff at the Delamar West Hartford. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I knew this was where my husband and I were going to get married. Yes, the hotel is absolutely stunning, modern, elegant, and perfectly located but that was just the beginning of what made our experience so unforgettable. The staff is what truly sets this venue apart. From the day we booked until well after the wedding, we felt cared for every single step of the way. A very special shoutout to Erin, who was a true gem throughout our engagement. I asked a million little questions, and she never once made me feel like any of them were silly. She was always warm, responsive, and greeted us like family every time we visited. Her kindness and attentiveness made us feel so special. And then there’s Debbie — what an absolute star. I didn’t meet her until our tasting a month or two before the wedding, but she quickly became one of the most essential people during our wedding weekend. Debbie handled everything with such care and professionalism, all while making us feel like we had another trusted family member by our side. She anticipated our needs, shielded us from any stress, and made sure we could truly enjoy every moment. Also, a huge thank you to the chef and culinary team, the food was absolutely phenomenal. It’s been weeks, and our guests still can’t stop talking about how delicious everything was. The Delamar made our wedding weekend feel like a dream, and I will forever be grateful for the love and care they poured into every detail. If you’re considering them for your wedding or any special event… do it. It was, hands down, the best decision we made.
