Delfin Hotel

Room was clean and matched the listing. View was nice. It's about a 1 km walk to old town and a 1-2km walk to the beach. Parking was available but not attached to the hotel. They have you follow one of their employees to a separate lot to drop your car off then drive you back.

Cozy small hotel near Rovinj town centre (5min walking distance), with very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was spotless, service was incredible, their receptionists were helpful with our requests and deserve all the praise. Only downside is the lift (elevator), which is extremely small and could require multiple rides if you have a bit more of baggage.

Unfriendly reception, no assistance with luggage if not requested – especially Ms. Nita and Ms. Sofia came across as arrogant, and misleading statements seemed commonplace. The room was dirty, with stained and torn carpet, worn-out furniture poorly glued together, a musty smell from the bathroom, and signs of dampness. When it rained, water entered the room through the floor. Breakfast was far below a four-star standard: everything was cold, poorly organized, and many basic items had to be requested separately. Manager Festim handled our complaint in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Conclusion: This hotel fails to meet expectations in service and quality – not recommended.
