Delfinia Resort Hotel All Inclusive

This is a good hotel to spend on holiday. My family had an all inclusive holiday here. The room was good, the pool was good with slides for young and old. All staff were friendly and attentive and the food was really good. I would recommend this place to everyone. In the hotel it also has a car hire company which we used to visit the sites.

The hotel is clean with almost all staff friendly. Rooms are smaller than expected but kept clean by the cleaners. Food was poor to average. Couple of nights I had to eat out as the food was bland and dry. Definitely not a 4 star a 3 for sure! Pools only open 10-6 which is not great if you are on an outing. What made this hotel stay tolerable was the wonderful entertainment staff especially Sara! She was energetic with a wonderful personality! She was brilliant with my daughter and also us as a family. A very attentive person and if it wasn’t for her I don’t think I would have enjoyed my hotel much she saved the day for delfinia! She deserves recognition for all the hard work she does! Thank you Sara you truly are a wonderful person.

First impressions were a very basic 3 star hotel and they haven't changed 2 days in, food is very average, rooms are interesting, toilet and shower in a bathroom and the sink in the bedroom which isn't very big. Booked with love holidays and no information given on arrival about the area or excursions, don't know if this is normal as usually travel with jet2. Ran out of water at 1830 today so couldn't have a shower. Not very impressed so far
