Our stay at this hotel was positive, largely due to the exceptional service provided by the entire staff. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they were consistently clean and well-maintained. Staff: The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the staff. From check-in to check-out, every single member I encountered was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist with any request. Their attentiveness and willingness to help truly made a difference in my stay. Rooms: The rooms, while compact, were impeccably clean. While more space would have been appreciated, the cleanliness and functionality of the room were satisfactory. Summary: Despite the smaller room size, I would recommend this hotel based on the outstanding level of service provided by the staff. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay is truly commendable. Economy: excellent price for the value and location.

A Wonderful Return to Delirio Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Delirio Hotel for the second time, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and treated to a refreshing juice—just like during my first visit. The hotel's location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Cartagena’s old town—with a breathtaking view of the cathedral that never gets old. The rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, blending comfort with charm. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast: made with fresh, local ingredients and prepared to order. It was a perfect start to each day. But what truly sets Delirio Hotel apart is the staff. I have stayed at many hotels in the old town in Cartagena, but since I found Delirio, Alexa and her hole team I found my place called home in the old town. It’s not only a visit at this hotel, it’s a homecoming. I’ve stayed already 4 times here.. The service is impeccable, from when you arrive, till you leave, everyone tries to make you comfortable at its own way, from the reception, restaurant or the housekeeping. You feel recognized, not only as a guest but as family and friend. The location is the best you can ever ask for if you’re planning to stay in the old town. It’s just located at the heart of it. And if you’re looking for some space to escape from the crowed old town, the terrace of the hotel is the best place for it. Trust me. Thank you!
