It was really amazing! Not is for you if you’re looking a LUXURY place. It’s a cozy and a beautiful place to stay (and sleep) if you’re in Istanbul for work or holidays and you spend the day out. I’ll come back, for sure! 🙏🏽⚡️ I repeat: A cozy and nice place.
The service was amazing we came early because of our flight and they hepled us and give us a room and they were so kind and the rooms were amazing everyone was perfect and they have smile on there face ,, and breakfast was another level we were feeling like we’re in fancy restaurant ,, Many regard and many thanks to the hotel services and for the nice people ✨
The hotel location was acceptable. However, the room was exceptionally small with almost no space to move around. The bed was not even a proper single bed but more like a 'half-person' bed—extremely small and uncomfortable. The mattress was also very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We requested an iron and were provided with a broken one, requiring us to visit the reception again to ask for a replacement. Additionally, someone rang our room phone at 10 PM while we were sleeping. When we inquired about it the next morning, the staff simply replied, 'I don’t know, we didn’t.' Perhaps it was a ghost. The hotel advertises having a restaurant, but this is misleading as no such facility exists. The breakfast offered was the same every day during our six-day stay. The toiletries provided were of very poor quality and ineffective. Despite requesting room cleaning, only the towels were replaced; the bed sheets were not changed for the entire six days. To make matters worse, we found hairs in the bathroom—on the door and the floor—which was absolutely disgusting. On a positive note, the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, and the water pressure and temperature were excellent, as they should be. However, considering the extremely high price per night, the overall experience and services provided were far below acceptable standards. We were left highly dissatisfied.
