We recently had a wedding so we had a bulk booking . Food is awesome only tea is bad. The helpdesk needs to improve their service. They do not keep lobby AC open which is bad. Even after telling many things in advance was not provided. The room service guys were good. Frequent light disconnections. Some rooms ac does not work and some rooms dont have fridge when asked for fridge they said every good hotels are now removing then when we came to check hotel why did they show the room which had fridge. Special mention mr rajdeep was helpful at odd hours but his team is not at all helpful.
Rooms are small and adequate for single occupancy. Service and housekeeping are good. Breakfast buffet spread is ok. No facilities for special amenities like swimming pool, gym etc
Good Hotel. Good location. But Room Amenities Pathetic. Double Deluxe Room. One Hand Towel. No Tissue paper. No Shaving Kit. No sealed Bottle water. .Breakfast is good spread.
