This hotel is more to a business category because or those who would play golf. Yet me and my family find our staycation is comforting and enjoyable, and family friendly too We get the new building, the room is spacey and clean even when filled with 5 adults. You will have a couch in the room. The swimming pool is not a large one i think only 20x15 m2? And by the saturday afternoon even more grown ups there Its located in a golf field complex so i say businessman or professionals are mostly the guests. I can take the morning jogging surrounding the golf field since its still very quiet without crowd Their hospitality was great, they leave the warm welcome notes like 100% handwriting in the bathroom mirror and a card on the study desk. They also gift me a birthday cake surprise with the restaurant staff sings to me Overall its recomended to have tried this hotel for a staycation. Its really worth

From the moment we arrived at Delonix Hotel Karawang, we were warmly welcomed by the staff… The concierge team was extremely helpful and made us feel at home right away… We were also offered refreshing welcome drinks upon arrival, which was a lovely gesture.. The check in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to Mr. Nikolas at the front desk who handled everything professionally.. Ms. Erna from the front office went above and beyond by giving a thoughtful gift to our child, she was genuinely kind and attentive to our family, especially to our little one.. Our room was immaculately clean, and both the in room amenities and hotel facilities were impressively complete… The swimming pool was exceptionally well maintained, with clear and clean water that reflected the high standards of the hotel.. We also booked a fine dining dinner experience, and it exceeded our expectations.. The dishes were delicious with generous portions perfect for those with a hearty appetite! Hahaha.. Ms. Sofi provided excellent service throughout the dinner, attending to our needs with great professionalism and warmth.. We were honored to be personally welcomed by Mr. Widi, the Director of Sales, who graciously offered his assistance and ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.. His presence added a personal and thoughtful touch to our experience .. Overall, Delonix Hotel Karawang delivered outstanding hospitality and impeccable service that made our stay truly memorable… We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

didn't expect to find a hidden gem in this rather secluded area.. the hotel is very clean and comfortable.. the food is nice.. and the nicest thing they did were giving a birthday surprise when no one of us actually told them to.. maybe they saw my birthday was coming from the ID card.. it was a very nice gesture and proof that they care about their customer.. thank you for making the experience unforgetable
