Delphin Diva Premiere Hotel All Inclusive

We just returned today from our trip to Antalya, and our stay at this resort was wonderful. Two families went, and we were a total of five adults and three children. It was one of the best trips we’ve had, and we enjoyed it a lot. The service at the resort deserves more than a 10/10; the service is unmatched anywhere else. The staff were extremely polite, cooperative, friendly, and very helpful. The room was very clean, and the resort was spotless. The food was delicious and very varied. We didn’t notice anything negative, except that the resort is somewhat old. However, they told us they will be renovating it completely in October. For sure, we will choose one of the Delfin resorts again for our next visit, or the same resort. Thank you!

We ( a family of 3 with a boy of 12) are here for 10 days and since thursday. It is our fourth time of turkey and the very best! Very clean, the service is spectacular. Everyone is friendly. As the most visitors say: the hotel is a little bit old but beautiful with charme and they will renovate it. We have got. a family room, small but sufficient. The Internet is Great and reaches all the way to the beach. Delicious food everywhere and all the time. We are enjoying our time so much and we would come back again!

Terrible experience. Avoid. Expensive, unorganised, not enough space for guests. Not enough lifts, expensive amenities (spa massage, photos, arcade), not enough space in canteen, dinner hall staff are rude and amateur, no idea of hospitality, they look like they are being forced to work, very very bad hotel, avoid go elsewhere. Massively overpriced and the hotel is trying too hard to be “luxury” and “prestige”. The cleaner did not fill our room as expected, left out towels and cleaning products despite us telling them several times. So so so amateur what a shame
