Delphin Palace Hotel

This is not my first time at this hotel and I must say that in addition to the nice renovation of the hotel, the hotel offers much better services, has strengthened the staff, who really take excellent care of the guests, especially the service at the meal, and the renovation was done tastefully and practically. The only negative thing I notice is the increase in prices for the Gazebo. Otherwise, excellent work and good management! I also really appreciate the new space for families with children, especially so that crying children will not disturb other guests! Realy good work. Thank you for great holiday

Heartfelt thanks to the entire hotel team for an unforgettable holiday. At times, we truly wished that time would stand still. First and foremost – sincere gratitude to the staff. Every team member we encountered – from reception to housekeeping, from restaurant servers to animators, lifeguards and even the gardeners – radiated warmth, care, and a genuine desire to make our stay perfect. This was felt in every detail. The hotel’s infrastructure is well thought-out and convenient. For us, it was important that the territory was compact, yet everything was easily accessible. We were pleasantly surprised by the drink fridges available in every area – a great solution that helped avoid queues at the bar. Our room met all expectations – clean, cozy, spacious, and with a beautiful view. The food selection was truly impressive – we didn’t even manage to try everything over several days. We especially enjoyed the “Azzurro Verde” à la carte restaurant. It’s wonderful that guests have the chance to explore different dining options – that’s a big plus. A huge thank-you to the animation team – you are the true gem of this hotel. Your work is not only professional but also deeply human: never intrusive, always warm, engaging, and respectful to every guest. For our family – especially our child – you left a lasting and very positive impression. Thank you for your smiles, your energy, and for bringing color and joy to our days. In the new Serenity Park, our child found everything they could dream of – water slides, a lazy river, pools, and of course, the caring staff who looked after everything effortlessly. Another highlight was the sunbeds and bar on the pier. The sound of the waves, the sea breeze, the tranquility – those moments will stay in our hearts for a long time. Fantastic hotel!!! Delicious food, very varied. Many bars and restaurants. No interruptions in serving meals. Many attractions for children: a children's water park in the shade, an amusement park, a children's club with animations. Next to the hotel there is a new, super aqua park of the Delphin chain with unlimited access. Interiors with beautiful decorations, tasteful and elegant. Rooms great.
