Recently stayed here for a friend’s wedding and can say that overall I had a pleasant experience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful when we needed assistance exchanging money, coordinating taxis and helping us locate phone repair services. The rooms are a little dated but are clean and staff will come to the rooms to refresh them if requested. The food is buffet style. Personally, I would recommend checking out nearby restaurants as there are many nearby restaurants that offer more enticing options. However, liquor is expensive in Tunisia so the all inclusive option may be worth it if you plan to drink anything more than beer or wine. The location is convenient, right off the beach and close to the Medina. The Monastir airport is also a short taxi ride away. The entertainment staff work round the clock coordinating events for guests to participate in should they choose. (Not for me personally but many families with kids seemed to enjoy the activities) Friendly staff, good location, a decent value.

need's door's chair's table mat's and food serving utensil's cleaned more often to reduce any chance of food poisoning. otherwise it was good staff will bend over backward's to help pool staff are very alert never seen such responsive lifeguard's. picture's do need updating as there is only slide's on small pool. entertainment are really good for kid's and will drag adult's up to if your kid like. the beach is ok in located area not to deep either so good for kid's. room's are acceptable and kept clean but I wouldn't say 4 star maybe mid 3 but still thats a personal preference personally think need's some upgrade like usb plug's and better shower heads as mine i had to use a bottle lid to keep it from flipping in the air wifi was barely 1 bar most of time when it worked tv could do with do with modernising to smart one . the town shop's is easy walk 5 mins lots of shop's to have fun exchanging price's local's are actually very quiet and leave you alone. i think this is a fair honest review overall was worth price value still

Absolutely embarrassing. It was misrepresented as a 4-star resort. What we experienced was far from acceptable and fell drastically short of even basic 2-star standards. The food was the same every day, bland, and poorly labelled – sauces had no names, and dishes labelled “rice” contained chicken and nuts, creating a serious allergy risk. Cakes were also unlabelled. The restaurant and lobby were always hot, and the air conditioning in rooms was ineffective and uncontrollable. Despite lying in bed uncovered, I was drenched in sweat every night. There were no basic amenities in the room – no kettle, no fridge – and the hallway had no working lights, leaving it pitch black at night. The rooms smelled of sewage and were consistently dirty throughout our 10-day stay. Dust and black hair (none of my family has black hair) were constantly on the floor. Loud music blasted until midnight every night and was clearly audible from the rooms. Worse, it was the same track every day. One staff member from the animation team repeatedly harassed guests trying to relax and physically pushed people into the pool. The pool itself was filthy – cloudy, full of bugs, and appeared to have no chlorine. Vendors harassed guests poolside, making relaxation impossible. The bar limited drinks to two per person, which made things frustrating for a family of nine. On top of that, they often ran out of cups, forcing guests to wait before ordering. No cocktail menu was available, so you had to guess what to ask for. The dining hall was dirty – chairs were sticky, and food from previous meals was under the tables. A bird flew around for days and staff did nothing to remove it. Three of my family members vomited during the stay, and others suffered diarrhea – likely linked to food hygiene or water quality. The hotel shop charged a shocking 20 dinars for a tampon, which is exploitative pricing given guests had no nearby alternatives. This property was advertised as a 4-star resort, but it lacked even the basics of cleanliness, comfort, and service.
