Wow the outer design of the hotel looks like a castle. The statues and water features outside make it feel so grand. English speaking friends out there not to worry the staff are able to communicate in English too. I dare say the room service is one of the best. Not sure why the cleaning staff helped out in folding the clothes in the cupboard + in the luggage bag. Excellent breakfast buffet they do change some of the dishes daily.
A big thank you to the staff for being so accommodating. They handled our last-minute requests with a smile and made it all feel effortless. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly, guiding us through the menu and offering great suggestions. Their excellent service made the evening special. The staff member who served us went the extra mile. They remembered our names and preferences, which made us feel wonderful.
The entrance hall is impressive. High ceiling, old looking furniture. Looks better than the photo. The room was clean and quiet. The electronics for the toilet bowl annoyed me but that was a small point. One of the suitcases was looked and the key was lost. Hotel was able to cut the look. Very large selection of food for breakfast. Pricing good. Started at about 140 AUD for a room
