I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were all amazing. They were kind and helpful in every encounter I had with them. The room was comfortable and provided for restful evenings. The downtown location was quaint and close to everything. Don’t look anywhere else for a hotel room. Delta Marriott in Ashland is exactly where you need to stay. You’ll be made to feel at home away from home.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it was centrally located. The first morning, we did not have hot water but the maintenance crew did fix that. We do recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit the area.
Our room was nice and very clean! Our service checking in and out was great. The bartender at the guitar bar was great, very nice and accommodating. However, don't waste your time with the Winchester. If you want to wait forever, pay $200 for brown soggy lettuce, burnt chicken for your kiddos, and a meal that's barely warm, all while watching the waiters sit around vaping in the kitchen as you wait longer for your check...then this is the place for you to dine! I would definitely recommend the hotel itself for their cleanliness and kind staff, but not the Winchester restaurant.
