Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort

Rooms and property were neat and tidy. Staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. One of the staff in the restaurant made a special order at breakfast for my son, who is a picky eater. We were very thankful. The gym had good weights but could use more attachments for the cable machines. Pools and hot tubs were great. The bathroom in the room had a good-sized jetted tub and walk-in shower. Would be nice if the rooms were updated with usb plug-ins. Our stay was enjoyable, and we would definitely return to this hotel on a future trip.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and everything was great. But after we left the hotel, I discovered that I had lost my documents. We had to return to the hotel to find them, and I want to say that the staff who helped us with this issue were absolutely amazing!!! Each of them went above and beyond what was required, and I am incredibly grateful for their genuine concern. Mrs. Tina did everything I asked of her, and her involvement was not just formal but genuinely helpful. The two guys she asked to help me (I unfortunately don't remember their names) really went above and beyond. They were incredibly supportive and I am so very grateful! Your staff is your greatest asset! I really appreciate this!!!

I'm not the type to leave reviews often, but I was genuinely impressed with my stay. so I wanted to take the moment to write this. I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Delta Okanagan. Shedrack at the front desk was professional, courteous and went the extra mile during check-in, while Yusuf made check-out seamless with his friendly and proactive service. The housekeeping staff, I encountered were also very pleasant. Overall, the service was impeccable, and the location is fantastic. The only downside was the peach and prosciutto pizza, which is overly sweet. Nonetheless, I would gladly stay here again.
