Delta Hotels by Marriott Istanbul Kagithane

I highly recommend this hotel, staff are so helpful and friendly from the moment you arrive. I really enjoyed my experience here. Food is delicious and service is very quick. Anytime I’d phone reception for the air-con to be switched on it would be on before I put the phone down. It’s a very calm environment, I got to know and made friends with people whilst sitting down in the lobby. Pool & outdoor terrace were a wonderful find. The gym and spa looked beautiful and so peaceful. Thank you for your service during my stay, I would 100% recommend this hotel to anybody and I would love to stay here again, The staff are incredible and so lovely. X

It was my Stay for 3 Weeks and I love it! Every Person from the Marriott Team was kind, helpful as well for any Questions I had. Clean Rooms, awesome Breakfast with included warm Meals felt like Brunch Time. I stood in the loving Suite, which felt like Home for me. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me and that you gave me always a good Feeling like a Family🩷 stay all Special like you are! I will miss you and our Talks together 🥲 A little pity is that the windows are not isolated and you hear noise from outside, but having such nice people around is golden and was more important for me. And for all who are thinking to stay here: Don’t think experience it. You will be surprised!

The worst experience in my life in a five star hotel . first of all the reception was trying to play with my mind telling me that the breakfast was not included, but they will give it to me as complementary when my booking was showing breakfast include. When they gave me the keys they told me sorry the pool is not available is under maintenance…. why this is not shown in the booking when we book?? I choose this hotel for the inside pool when I ask for cancellation to go to another hotel they offer me one free meal of 20 euros for complementary They gave me room with a very hard bed and I could not sleep the first night because of the Construction work going on above my room I have asked to change room to another silent room more comfortable to sleep which I thought it was but the next morning same happening in the level above… construction going on impossible to sleep. they knew it but they still gave me a wrong room They change me another time after I asked and complain to Level one room, which also was next to another construction site in the hotel when I told them in the morning, you change me to another room next to construction site in the hotel they told me it’s 10 am. It’s working time…. But that was my last night basically I have been changing room every night and didn’t sleep one night. Also when I had the breakfast in the restaurant some guys were taking Apart a few chairs and tables which was very annoying having breakfast next to some people working and making noise. I am very very upset with my stay and unhappy. I will never come back anymore and I will make sure to make a bad review everywhere I can So people avoiding this hotel
