First of all, the building isn't new. That being said, you can tell they tried their best to renovate the inside. The best part of the experience is that the room was absolutely quiet and free from outside noise. Can still hear doors closing but little to no voices. My son slept throughout the night. The bathroom is small, but clean. The water pressure is good. Toiletries were enough. I didn't see toothbrushes though, which was weird. Buffet breakfast is a simple continental spread, plus cook-to-order. Coffee was great. The check-in and out experience was efficient and the staff are friendly and helpful. The parking slaces were small. Location-wise, Parliament is within walking distance. For the price, it was worth it for me. I didn't get to use the amenities due to time constraints.

I had a pleasant stay at Delta Hotels Ottawa City Centre. The rooms were clean, the service was good, and the overall experience was satisfying. Thank you to the hotel staff for the hospitality and professionalism. I would like to kindly ask if you could provide me with the hotel’s email address, as I would like to follow up regarding the security deposit that was charged during my stay. I would really appreciate your assistance with this. Thank you again!

A decent hotel located in a quiet part of downtown Ottawa near business area. We had last minute booking that we got through a third party after I couldn’t get anything directly with the hotel — so I missed out on my Marriott points. Anyway, in the end, I still had a good stay. It got off to rocky start when I didn’t get the floor or bed choice initially ( third party booking can do that sometimes, I guess). But once I saw the room and then hauled back our belongings to front desk and hubby started to complain and made our displeasure known, excellent customer service kicked in on their end and we ended up being super happy with the room and (king) bed selection after all. Since we were there on the weekend, restaurant/eatery selection was limited so we had to venture to other areas for food. But the restaurant in the hotel was good too. If you’re in a business trip, this hotel would be a good spot. Even for us, who were just there for leisure, it wasn’t too far from attractions if you had food walking shoes. I did not talked parking with the hotel ( which would have given a daily rate with in and out privileges. Instead, we parked the car and let it stay put during our two day stay once we realized we would be paying every time we exited. It was a good stay in the end and the 12 pm check out is added bonus
