Delta Hotels by Marriott Quebec

Great hotel, with great service and a super location! Yes the rooms are a bit dated but ours was spacious and clean so you get what you paid for. Great value for your money. The elevator setup is weird at the beginning but once you figure out that you just use the escalators to quickly get to the 3rd floors you're fine.

This is an odd hotel, but it does the job for the price and location. The rooms are definitely dated and show signs of wear, but they are clean and comfortable enough. The pool area is small but a nice place to relax for an afternoon swim. The elevator setup is unusual. The main elevators from the lobby only go up to the 3rd floor. From there, you have to get off and switch to a different set to reach the higher levels. My husband was not a fan. That being said, the location is excellent. It is about a 15min walk to Old Quebec, and with prices much lower than the Hilton next door, this hotel has its appeal. We would stay again if the rates remain reasonable.

The rooms were a bit dated, but beds and baths were super clean, and very comfortable. The windows need washing, they've got a fair bit of city grunge on them, the upholstery and carpeting were a little tired and stained. I'd also recommend rearranging the furniture so it's not so hard to close the privacy curtains at night. I could only close some of them. At the check-in desk, we were checked in by Vital, a very kind and lovely person, who, despite dealing with a difficult customer before me, was still smiling and kind. He thanked me for my patience (it was no big deal, he dealt with the difficult client extremely well, I was impressed). Vital upgraded our room, which was so appreciated, it was so unexpected! All staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. My special needs son loved high fiving every staff member he met. 😊 Thank you! Parking in the garage is an additional cost, so heads up about that, it was 28.00 for the one night.
