Delta Hotels by Marriott Saint John

I recently had a traumatic personal situation come up during my stay and I just want to take a moment to recognize Thomas, the manager on duty. He was incredibly kind, sympathetic, and went above and beyond to help. Thank you for your compassion, Thomas. We frequently stay at this hotel for cheer competitions and work trips, and every time, the service is outstanding. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. If you're on the fence about where to stay in Saint John, just book here. In my opinion, it's the best hotel in town.

Needs updating but the friendliness can't be any better. The staff and I mean ALL the staff are amazing. Kind and very caring. I know there are a lot of restaurants on the water front but the hotel restaurant is excellent.It was my favourite place to eat .If you just want friends , great food and a nice clean place to stay .....this is it. I will go back every year and will only stay here.Again i can't say enough great things about the food !

Delta Hotel Saint John offers a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city and connected to the pedway system, making it easy to explore downtown. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are professional and welcoming. Some areas could use a bit of updating, but overall, it’s a great place to stay whether for business or leisure. Would definitely return!
