We were attending a funeral in Swansea and decided to stay overnight. My wife has limited mobility so the very helpful lady on reception arranged a ground floor room with an accessible shower. The room was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set us up for the day. Highly recommended.
Lovely hotel to stay in. Staff were absolutely amazing. Polite and very helpful. Food was excellent. Location was perfect for us. Few things that we didn't like was that there was scaffolding around the whole hotel and we were not told about it. Couldn't open the windows, so no fresh air into the room. Very busy first thing Sunday morning as the restaurant was full of hockey teams and we were not told.Also, the windows were very dirty. Otherwise, great stay.
Very good hotel, spacious rooms, excellent customer services. The breakfast will lovely with lots of options. They charge to use the car park which shouldn't really happen for paying customers, hotel rooms are expensive enough, especially during summer. Also the lift shakes a bit which is odd and the beds are a little hard but you get used to it. In terms of location, the hotel is not far from Gower and there swansea beach is on the doorstep. Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel.
