Delta Hotels by Marriott West Palm Beach

We recently stayed at the Delta Hotels by Marriott and had a wonderful experience overall. While the hotel is a little older, it was very comfortable and clean, which made our stay relaxing and pleasant. The best part of our stay was the staff — everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of. Another highlight was the on-site restaurant and bar. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding — it really exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean place to stay with excellent service and a great dining option on site, I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

r Review for Exceptional Front Desk Service I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I want to give special recognition to the front desk attendant, Kathie. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What stood out most was their willingness to help with a few unexpected needs — whether it was offering local recommendations, helping me sort out a last-minute room request, or just greeting me with a warm smile each time I passed by. It’s rare to encounter someone so genuinely attentive and courteous. Their excellent service truly made my visit memorable. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional hospitality at the front desk.

We stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping to management to dining made us feel at home. Our room was clean and comfortable. Special shout out to the pillows! We love the lobby, bar and restaurant areas -- beautiful furnishings, fun bartenders, attentive servers, and REALLY GOOD FOOD! We didn't swim in the pool, but we enjoyed the view. The location was great for us -- we visited relatives, explored nearby restaurants and did a bit of sightseeing. Bonus points for a nice gym and water/ice refill stations next to the elevators. Would definitely stay here again!
