We stayed one night, it was very convenient. Just couple of minutes of walking after you return your rental car. Staff were very friendly and the room was very nice with modern furniture and the biggest tv I have ever seen in an hotel room. Next morning our flight was delayed and instead of checking out at 11am they extended us till 2 pm which was very helpful. We just crossed the street and walked to the terminal and everything was smooth. Highly recommended.

Have stayed here multiple times for work and normally don’t encounter any issues. Today, I checked in after a long flight and requested my package that was supposed to be dropped off for me. Not only was this package important and time sensitive, I called the hotel in advance to confirm that I’d be having the package sent. While I think that step is unnecessary, I wanted to feel confident I wouldn’t encounter any issues. I was shocked to hear the front desk lady happily announce with a smile on her face “I declined your package because you weren’t listed on the manifest!”. Without going into too many details, all I have to say is people like that have no business working in customer service. The manager on duty T, seemed like she was reading off of a script. She showed zero empathy and was only interested in referring to black and white rules. “Rules” that shouldn’t be in effect in the first place. Anyway, my experience here has been so poor that I left the lobby in tears. In summary, - 35 minutes were spent spinning in circles with zero progress. As such, the airport restaurant closed so there goes my dinner after a 12 hour work day. - I was mocked/tormented by the blonde female worker who boasted about declining my package. - the manager, whether intentional or not, escalated the issue by failing to offer plausible solutions, failure to acknowledge her employee’s unprofessional antics and addressing the matter with a disingenuous tone. - I’m without a time sensitive package and will have to incur surcharges and shipping charges. I still can’t believe this happened. I’m optimistic the hotel manager will address this in a fair, practical and professional manner and appropriate action be taken with manager T and the front desk lady.

First and last time staying here. I booked a one-night stay through Expedia for $625, including breakfast. We arrived very late—around 1 AM. The moment I walked into the hotel, I was overwhelmed by an extremely strong perfume scent throughout the lobby and common areas. I'm allergic to strong fragrances, but I tried to push through check-in without complaining. Unfortunately, I became very sick shortly after, developing a severe migraine that ruined the entire purpose of my trip. I had to leave the hotel as soon as possible the next morning. Despite prepaying through Expedia, the hotel charged my husbands credit card again for the room, and also billed us for breakfast, which was included in the original reservation. This kind of double-charging is unacceptable. The breakfast was below average, and because we arrived late, we also paid a ridiculous amount for two salads from the bar. The room itself was underwhelming for the price — no hotel robe, and uncomfortable bedding made with sheets tucked around a duvet instead of a proper cover. At this price point, the quality should be much higher. To make things worse, the manager's customer service was dismissive and offered no real support or apology for the situation. Given the health issue, the billing errors, and the overall poor value, I believe I’m entitled to a full refund. This experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. This all with a 3 week old baby. I deserve a refund but they refuse. Justine
