We had a lovely stay in the hotel last night. It looked so lovely and posh. The beds were comfy. The shower was lovely. The breakfast was great and had lots on offer. There would definitely be something for everyone. Only slight comment was our bedside table was not clean, but didn't bother us. Everything else looked great, we had a great stop over. Thank you.

I have stayed in this hotel before and the refurbished rooms are a much needed upgrade. The new rooms are beautiful, but I only gave 4 stars as they do have some flaws. The shower is great but due to the design, water goes everywhere, even flowing out of the bathroom area. We had to soak it up using towels and then go and ask for more. There is also no fridge in the room. We brought some drinks to have in the room and couldn't keep them cold, luckily we did get some ice so not all bad. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay. Staff are friendly and very attentive. Breakfast had a wide range of options and staff were happy to help if anything extra was required. The area is peaceful and only a short walk to brookfield shops. I would recommend this hotel.

Got to the hotel and checked in. Was not informed of breakfast times, other amenities of the hotel, no information on where the elevator is or anything. Asked if I could just purchase breakfast each morning at the same price as online. Was told yes. Got to the room and the A/C did not work. I assumed the staff checked in earlier and that it worked okay, but just broke when I touched it. Moved to another room. No shower gel. How is there no shower gel? Called at 10:20 to confirm the time of the breakfast. It is closing right then I was told. As I need to take medication with food we made arrangements to get lunch out with family later. My wife concerned about my not taking medication went down to check to see if there were other food options. Breakfast was actually open until 11!! Maintenance in the room is lacking. Mold in the shower, windows does not open - let's hope there is no fire. A/C is quiet which is nice, but the toilet drips. Paid for the six nights with Marriott points. As a Silver member I anticipated a bit better. Was also informed that when I paid with points I'm not able to purchase breakfast online. I have to pay full price. Wife is very upset and did not eat, but she paid for me to eat. I'm upset too so I didn't eat either even though it was paid for. Not a good start of a nice holiday time. Wasted one of the only Saturdays I will have with my children and grandchildren I have not seen since just before the pandemic started.
