Beautiful location, right on the water, close to shops and so many restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with our room but were offered a room switch, and several complimentary extras, which were not expected but much appreciated. Kevin, the manager, is amazing and a testament to this hotel's commitment to excellence in service. Fernanda at the front desk is super helpful and kind. And Travis at bell services is friendly and informative (he was really great with our daughter). The team here is really a credit to the hotel! The lobby and bar are beautiful, the restaurant breakfast is delicious! Will definitely stay here again next time we visit PEI!
Overall, we had a pleasant experience at the Delta Hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, and the pool was a highlight. That said, we did encounter a couple of issues—be mindful of potential overcharges for parking. We also ordered breakfast to the room, which unfortunately arrived cold and without cutlery. We had to wait about 25 minutes for utensils while the food sat in front of us. In hindsight, going down to the restaurant would have been a better option. Still, a great stay overall with just a few areas for improvement.
Hotel itself was nice! The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel was also in a wonderful place close to lots of stuff and restaurants. The pool was nice, the temperature seemed to vary a lot day to day but was clean and always had towels readily available! Now breakfast was extremely expensive and the buffet seemed to be lacking/slow to be refilled, at $25 an adult for the “Deluxe buffet” was expecting more. Parking was nice being underneath the building and easily accessible, it cost $25 a day.
