Deluxe Garden Apartment at Marea Resort

We were not welcomed nicely when we arrived at the hotel, and the staff was not helpful. There is quite a long walk from the entrance to the apartments. The parking area was neither clean nor safe. We were shocked when we entered the room — the cleanliness was terrible. The sink was leaking and smelled bad. The air conditioner was leaking and not working. The internet connection was also very weak. The hotel did not deliver on any of its promises. I wouldn’t go back even if it were free. It was a huge disappointment.

Absolutely Disgusting – Never Again I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt obligated to warn others. This resort was a nightmare from the moment I walked in. The room was filthy — dust everywhere, stains on the bedding, and worst of all, spiders in every corner. The housekeeping clearly doesn’t care, and it felt like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks or months. I couldn’t relax or sleep comfortably knowing there were spiders crawling around. This is not what you expect from a place that markets itself as a relaxing getaway. Avoid this place unless you’re into nature… inside your room.

Not going again. I have never seen such a dirty place. There was no cleaning. I do not recommend it.
