Deluxe Golden Horn Sultanahmet Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the Deluxe Golden Horn during my five day solo trip to Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, there was a great atmosphere among the guests, many of whom were families, which added to the warm and relaxed vibe. I’m already planning to return with my own family next time. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The fitness centre was well-equipped, and the breakfast options were excellent, made even better by the stunning view from the balcony each morning. The location is superb, right in the heart of many major tourist attractions. Whenever I did a bit of shopping and ended up with heavy bags, it was easy to drop them off at the hotel before heading out again to explore more. Overall, this hotel provided the perfect base for a magical trip to Istanbul. Huge thanks to all the staff, and especially to Menduh at the front desk for going the extra mile. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in the proximity of many tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping centers. But what impressed me the most was the way the hotel personnel treated me. One receptionist has even given me Istanbul Card for free for me to be able to roam around the city ❤️.

I am a fix customer. I love location: It Is in the old Town but It Is quiet because under a Little garden and not on the main Road. Receptionists are ok, especially mr. Sozer and mr. Musa and the night man. They speak good english and can provide transfer and trips. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, I suggest Loti bistrò, my favourite Place, clean, serves alchool and High quality of food and service. I wont change the hotel next times, but I have to suggest to modernise the place and improve service because the price Is High, very High if we consider the quality . walls on the rooms are thin, so you can hear everything from the next room: this time a man Who was spitting every morning! I was in room 513 and he was in 512. Also synthetic sheet. The other suggestion Is to improve breakfast. It Is until 10.30 but in reality bred and other things finish at about 9.30 and at 10.30 they tell you to go away. On holiday you can not relax properly.
