I’ve stayed at dozens of high-end hotels around the world—from Four Seasons to Park Hyatts—but nothing quite compares to the warmth, location, and unbelievable value of Deluxe Hotel in downtown Baku. From the moment I arrived, Osman and Vaqif—the two exceptional gentlemen who run the hotel—treated me like a VIP guest. They made sure everything was perfect: offering a free upgrade, giving me a late checkout, and even personally showing me around the area. Their hospitality felt personal, sincere, and truly above and beyond. The hotel itself is situated dead center in the Baku City Circuit, just steps away from the waterfront and directly in front of the iconic Crescent Building. Step outside and you’re within arm’s reach of two fantastic local coffee shops, seaside promenades, and the pulse of Baku’s vibrant downtown. The price? Almost unbelievable. I would have gladly paid three to five times what I did—the value is that extraordinary. My room was clean, stylish, and well-appointed, and the entire experience felt effortlessly luxurious without the pretension. If you’re coming to Baku and want a boutique hotel experience with world-class service, unbeatable location, and a welcoming human touch, Deluxe Hotel is the place to be. I’ll absolutely be returning.

The staff was very attentive, and the hotel’s proximity to the boulevard made us very happy.

I can't believe this hotel have 5 stars, worst hotel i ever seen, very dirty bathroom and toilet, bathroom wall was full of mold, unprofessional staff knock door once and they came inside! Alcohol glasses are reused for water and juice for breakfast and they stink.
