I passed by this wonderful place in a completely renovated villa. The services were very wonderful in cleaning the rooms and the cooperation of the professional reception team. I asked them to register my data and they were cooperative even after I left the place. I wished to stay for more nights because the view of the place is indescribable in its beauty. The restaurant and club services were also excellent and the prices were very excellent. Continue with this professionalism.
It is now 18:00 and my room is not cleaned even if I texted Reception in the morning to ask for. They said they only clean in the afternoon . I personally went to the reception to complain at 17:30 . No apology they only say someone will come now. Very difficult to communicate with the team .I am still waiting
Location was good, rooms were fine but the staff was extremely poor and ill mannered. They shout at me when I asked for a water, they don’t understand English and hate people who speak English. The guy asked me to send WhatsApp message, I sent him but after 30 minutes I sent him reminder then he starts scolding me that wait I’m not your servant. I never recommend this hotel to anyone because of staff behavior
