Our experience at the Deluxe Hotel in Santorini was nothing short of unforgettable — and a huge part of that is thanks to Cindy, the incredible receptionist who went above and beyond for us throughout our entire stay. From the moment we arrived, Cindy was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. She helped arrange our transportation, made reservations for our proposal night, and ensured every little detail went smoothly — with care that felt personal and sincere. On our final night, I thought I had lost my smart glasses at the beach. Cindy not only contacted the beach club directly, but even came to our room with photos to help identify them. She was the one who suggested checking the back of the ATV — and sure enough, that’s where they were. Her help turned what could’ve been a stressful ending into a huge relief. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially loved the pool area, which was peaceful and beautifully kept, and the entire hotel had a fresh, clean scent that made it feel welcoming every time we returned. Every part of the property felt thoughtfully cared for, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay. We’re leaving Santorini with amazing memories — not just because of the island, but because of people like Cindy who made our time here truly special. Thank you, Cindy, and thank you Deluxe Hotel — you made this trip truly incredible.

Absolutely spotless and very modern boutique feel. Cindy on reception is so friendly and helpful. Location is an easy (but slightly uphill) 5 min walk to shops, bars and the Caldera views. Pool is a little chilly on a mid April day as unheated but this would not be a problem come May onwards I would imagine. Daytime temp in April however perfect for relaxing around the pool when not exploring the sights of Fira and nearby beautiful village Oia. 100% recommend this lovely hotel and will return again later in the year.

This hotel is well located, just a short walk from the center of Santorini, which makes it a convenient base for exploring the island. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated, and the overall look is clean and modern. The staff are exceptional. That said, a few key details were lacking: The TV is extremely small—more like a postage stamp. Honestly, if it's going to be that tiny, it might be better to skip it altogether. Storage is very limited. There aren’t many places to hang or put your clothes, so you're left living out of your suitcase, which isn’t ideal for a multi-day stay. The room could have benefited from a few simple amenities, like complimentary bottled water, a tea kettle, and some coffee or tea. Wi-Fi is unreliable, frequently cutting in and out, which was frustrating at times. We didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on that. The pool is a great feature, but there’s very little shade, so it’s not the most comfortable spot to linger during the peak afternoon heat. A special shoutout to Cindy at reception, who is very nice, and helpful. Overall, the hotel has potential and a great location, but it would benefit from some thoughtful finishing touches to elevate the guest experience.
