I stayed here for almost a week. The hotel is welcoming and makes you feel at home. All the staff are friendly and take great care to make sure your stay is good and that you don't miss anything. The rooms are always clean and they always leave water, coffee and tea. I liked it and will definitely come back!

Absolutely Frustrating Experience — Not Suited for International Travelers They truly do not make hotels more useless than this one. I booked a one-night stay for my elderly father who had a layover in Istanbul, and the experience was a disaster from the start. My first red flag was the complete lack of communication — no responses to emails or WhatsApp messages when I tried to confirm his booking and arrange airport transportation. I finally got someone on the phone the day before his scheduled arrival and sent over his flight itinerary. The language barrier was another major issue — my father does not speak Turkish, and there was no one at the hotel who spoke English. We had to rely on translation apps via WhatsApp just to get basic information across. The worst part came on his departure. The hotel arranged transport but sent him to the wrong airport, causing him to miss his flight. They took no responsibility for the error and offered no help in rebooking. We were left to deal with the fallout entirely on our own. This hotel is completely unprepared to accommodate international guests. Dealing with them was frustrating and stressful — an experience I would not wish on anyone. Avoid at all costs if you expect even the most basic level of service or accountability.
