Demidoff Country Resort

Very helpful and friendly staff, good service and a beautiful indoor pool and adequate gym. Our first night was a little rough because the AC wasn’t working and their handyman wasn’t available till the next afternoon. But the manager made up for it by giving us our first night free. The breakfast featured some of the best croissants I’ve ever had - and that includes Parisian ones. The outdoor pool was also nice and we had a very relaxing stay here. Good people to stay with and very fair about how they deal with their guests. Highly recommended.

The pool was good and all but the smells inside the hotel were bad. You could hear EVERYTHING through the walls. The staff was good. The reception spoke English but the waiters in the restaurant didn't speak any English. The view was Quite good from the outside pool. The restaurant menu should be a little bigger. The ravioli was alright.

We booked it because we wanted to keep our trip more calm and enjoy the hotel. But upon arrival they told the swimming pool is closed. This wasn't updated anywhere before. And we just booked this because it had an indoor pool during winter times. Staff at the reception was very cold. But the staff in the kitchen was great. Overall the breakfast was just okay but it was a mess because the management had appointed only two guys for the whole dining hall. And they didn't prepare the breakfast according to the number of bookings. Sometimes croissants were short and sometimes no eggs are available and then you just have to wait wait and wait. This hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. The experience was so bad that i didn't even bother to make any photos!
