The place for a perfect stay in Rimini, I will definitely come back!! Close to the beach and to several reataurants. Extremely curated decor and interiors, spacious rooms perfectly insulated from the outside world. Piero was a fantastic host and was available to help us with anything we needed both before and during our stay. Thank you, my friends and I had a blast.

This is a unique wonderful place - location, service, cleanliness, quality of everything. Incredible design of each room, many large and small additional details. A wonderful combination of a hotel and apartments - convenience and comfort like at home, with daily service of a five-star hotel. A separate huge plus is coworking with all services in the hotel lobby, which allows you to come for a longer time. Another bonus - free drinks and ice cream. We will definitely come back again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Demo Hotel Design Emotion, and I was thoroughly impressed with the modern and stylish design of the public spaces. The lobby, in particular, was stunning, with a sleek and contemporary aesthetic that set the tone for a luxurious stay. The apartment-style room was equally impressive, with a spacious and well-appointed layout that made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless and well-equipped. However, there was one area where the hotel fell short: the cleanliness. Unfortunately, I noticed dust and hair from previous guests in various areas of the room, which was a disappointment given the high standards I had come to expect from the hotel. Despite this, I would still highly recommend the Demo Hotel Design Emotion to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay. With a bit more attention to detail in terms of housekeeping, this hotel could truly be exceptional. I look forward to seeing how they continue to improve and evolve in the future.
