Demora Hotel

My stay at demora hotel Ankara was very pleasant, specially the staff were very kind and helpful, the room service and reception guys were so nice, among them the reception staff Tooba helped me so many times with issues I faced. I recommend and definitely will come back in the future.

Great hotel, friendly front desk, best communication, smooth English, thank you!!!! 6 star hotel in my opinion.

Title: Extremely Poor Room Service, AC Failure & Negligent Staff I recently stayed at Hotel Demora in Ankara and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience: 1. Terrible Room Service The room service was consistently late and often incomplete. Requests went unfulfilled, and responses from staff felt indifferent and unprofessional. 2. Broken Air Conditioning The air conditioner in our room barely worked—despite being switched on for hours, the room remained uncomfortably warm, making it difficult to rest  . 3. Uncaring and Irresponsible Staff When we raised concerns, the staff dismissed them without apology or meaningful action. Their attitude was dismissive, showing a clear lack of accountability. 4. Horrible Breakfast Breakfast was a major letdown. The food variety was minimal, most items were stale, and the buffet was dirty and poorly maintained. 5. Worn-Out Linens The towels and bed linens were old, frayed, and clearly beyond replacement. It felt unhygienic and neglected. 6. Dreary Room Lighting The room lighting was extremely poor—just a couple of dim wall lamps, no overhead lights—making the space dark and gloomy . Overall Rating: 1/5 This stay was far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Demora until they seriously address their service, maintenance, and hygiene issues.
