The resort offers plenty of activities for children, including swimming pools, a petting zoo, basketball and football courts, and various kids’ programs. There’s also a wellness area, though the gym is extremely small. Be aware that almost everything comes with an extra charge from room service to pool towels, and even entry to some of the hotel’s activities. There are many family and kids’ attractions nearby

This place doesn’t suit for adults relax, take a note when booking it, but when you have kids it’s more or less OK, but still would not recommended as the price is high and not reasonable. Quite a lot of issues I’ve faced with: 1) YOU COULD ONLY ACCESS WELLNESS NAKED, how this is even possible in 2025???! No one is telling this during check in, it’s not acceptable to force guests to be naked, that even violets with EU rules! 2) no air conditioner in the apartments, how come?! 3) swimming pool is full of childs and their stuff, there is no place for adults at all, there are not enough space for so many guests, what means that literally there is no swimming pool. 4) wifi almost doesn’t work, simply it even doesn’t load from my room. 5) something similar to ventilation is making a terrible hum in the room and it is impossible to turn it off, it prevents you from sleeping 6) stuff don’t care about guests at all. It doesn’t worst it’s money.

The room was clean when I entered but when I picked up the duvet the bed was full of black hair. Not a single piece but 10+. It gets better from here- together with staff I checked several other rooms in the hotel and all of them had beds full of black hair! I ended up asking for a set of clean bed sheets and changed them out myself! I have travelled a lot, been to 40+ countries but never have I ever changed the sheets myself in 100eur/night hotel. Pillows and duvets are of very low quality, made of synthetic materials. LED light strip under the bed was broken and would constantly switch on/off. I have been told to pull out the card as a solution. The thermostat didn’t work and room was hot- 23deg C so my sleep was terrible. Night shift employees told me to speak with a manager on the next day, so on the way back from ski slopes I stopped by and was told I could be given a SPA ticket for the day to make up for my experience, even though I was on my way out of the country!😂 The place is a joke but there were some good bits. The staff was nice and accommodating. The wellness zone was really nice- hot saunas, cold plunge, dimmed lights, clean and relaxing atmoshere. I would come back for this only.
